Press Release
Staff and students were delighted to celebrate the best ever results seen at GCSE for students of all abilities at Sunbury Manor School.
Headteacher Louise Duncan said,
“We are so proud of this group of students and their outstanding hard work in preparation for these exams. They were the best group of students in terms of attending the after school revision sessions and the Saturday and Sunday extra classes and it is absolutely brilliant to see it pay off so well for them. I am so proud of them. They were the most lovely group of young people who now have the results they need to open up their college places and apprenticeships.
Being such an inclusive school, welcoming students of all abilities, it is always hard to select just a few from so many personal successes, however, special recognition should go to those who have not only achieved the highest possible grades they could but are also the students who have made the most progress from their starting points".
