OCR Sports Studies Trip

At the beginning of the year, the Year 11 Sport Studies students along with Mr Parcel and Mr Maskery visited  High Ashurst Activity Centre. At the centre the students took part in climbing, orienteering and biking activities.  The students have to take part in these activities to complete an element of their outdoor activity unit.

The students had a fantastic day at High Ashurst and they learnt many new skills which will provide them with the knowledge they require to complete their outdoor activity unit to an exceptional standard.  They were extremely mature and motivated to achieve their best grades, even while battling the elements they stayed positive and encouraged each other throughout!
