Careers - Civil Engineering

Year 9,10 and 11 students took part in a Civil Engineering workshop ran by Civil Engineer, Jessy Kanvar from Skanska. The students learned about different engineering roles with a particular emphasis on the work that a Civil Engineer does. They also learnt about the different educational pathways that can be taken into the profession, what subjects are important to focus on at school and what a typical day looks like.

The students were so engaged and found the session highly informative. Thank you to Jessy for giving up his time to visit.
