UNIVERSITY LIFE

This month a number of Year 10 students went on a trip to the University of Surrey  to experience university life.  They participated in a range of activities to make them more aware of the skills they would require to study at University; these  included: creating a budget for their student life and building on their teamwork skills by organising a rescue mission; they even had time for a tour of the campus and took many photos (shown in the image).  Finally, the students  were introduced to the courses and extra curriculum activities available at the university.

The day was an exciting and fun way for students to experience life at university, encouraging them to think ambitiously about the next step in their education path.
