VICTORIOUS U14 GIRLS
On Wednesday 21st March the U14 Girls’ Football Team became league winners with an amazing win over Magna Carta. Both teams went in the league decider with an unbeaten record and with a lot to play for!!
It was a tightly fought match played to a very good standard. Sunbury Manor went into half time 2-0 up with goals from Callie Breen and Evie Cann. The girls battled tirelessly to remain ahead and, despite some good attempts and pressure from Magna Carta, kept the score line at 2-0 until the final whistle.
The girls could not have been more deserving of the League title.
