Duke of Edinburgh

Some very lucky Sunbury Manor students completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award in Years 10 and 11 recently had the incredible opportunity to meet the Duke of Edinburgh at Hengrove Park. Not only were they able to meet him, but they also had the chance to discuss their experiences of the award and share stories from their expeditions.

What an unforgettable experience and a memory that I am sure will last a lifetime.

A huge congratulations to all of our Year 10 and 11 students who have successfully completed their Duke of Edinburgh Award. A special mention must also go to the Phoenix Project for their outstanding support and dedication to helping our young people throughout their Duke of Edinburgh journey. Their commitment plays a vital role in enabling our students to achieve such a fantastic accomplishment.
