Sunbury Manor School celebrates improved GCSE results, with many outstanding achievements

Sunbury Manor School is proud to celebrate the success of Year 11 students following the release of the 2026 GCSE results. This year’s results reflect the hard work, dedication and dedication as the school continues to improve.

Sunbury Manor prides itself on being a community school, offering an outstanding curriculum, where every child has the opportunity to succeed. With a strong emphasis on the succuss of the individual, the school remains committed to developing high achieving individuals, who make a valuable contribution to their community.

While the whole cohort deserves recognition for their commitment and perseverance, a number of students achieved truly exceptional results:

  • Akam: 3 grade 9s, 4 grade 8s, 2 grade 6s
  • Jeshmi: 1 grade 9, 5 grade 8s, 2 grade 7s, 1 grade 6
  • Aadya: 2 grade 9s, 1 grade 8, 4 grade 7s, 1 grade 6
  • Sunay: 1 grade 9, 3 grade 8s, 3 grade 7s, 1 grade 6, 1 grade 5
  • Zak: 1 grade 9, 2 grade 8s, 4 grade 7s, 2 grade 6s
  • Divine: 4 grade 8s, 3 grade 7s, 1 grade 6, 1 grade 5
  • Summer: 3 grade 8s, 4 grade 7s, 2 grade 6s
  • Amie: 2 grade 9s, 4 grade 7s, 3 grade 6s
  • Amarveer: 2 grade 8s, 6 grade 7s, 1 grade 6

David Lee, Headteacher at Sunbury Manor School, shared his pride in the students: “We were thrilled to congratuate our Year 11 cohort today as they received their GCSE results, and wish them well on their next steps in education. Sunbury Manor is a school where all young people can achieve excellent results and find their own path, and it was a joy to see students achieving the grades needed for their chosen college places, qualifications and apprenticeships next year.  Students and staff worked extremely hard, and it was a privilege to celebrate with them today.
