GIVE A LITTLE LOVE CAMPAIGN

Year 9 got behind the “Give a little love” John Lewis campaign and pledged to support St Saviour’s foodbank in Sunbury with some much-needed food. The food bank aims to provide practical love to the community of Sunbury, by providing food parcels and support to those really in need. The need this year has certainly increased due to the global pandemic and we felt, that with Christmas fast approaching, it was the perfect opportunity to support local families with some much needed Christmas treats.

The year group donated over 236kg of food to St Saviour’s Foodbank and the volunteers were absolutely blown away and touched by the generosity of our Year 9 students.

It was also lovely to see Mrs Potkin, a former teacher at Sunbury Manor, who was volunteering her time to support at the foodbank during her retirement.
