Girls Alred Trophy

Ellie Redfern, Year 10

On 23rd July 2021, Ellie Redfern took part in the Girls’ Alred Trophy.  She did amazingly well and got through to the sudden death final, one of only three who made it that far and the youngest of the three to go through.  Ellie came third in the competition which makes her the third best U18 female fly half in the UK. Ellie representing both her club, Chobham RFC and Sunbury Manor and is very keen to enter again next.

Ellie is so deserving of this title as works so hard training 7 days a week, which takes a huge amount of effort and determination. Ellie is hoping to be scouted by a rugby academy in the near future - we wish her all the very best with that.
