YEAR 8 MOVIE AFTERNOON
On Thursday 22nd October, to acknowledge what has been a very challenging term, our Year 8 students were treated to a movie afternoon. We have been so impressed at how they came back to school ready for their learning whilst taking on the changes to the school day exceptionally well. We must not forget, that although they are now Year 8, they only attended school in Year 7 for one and a half terms before the lockdown came into force.
The students voted between ‘The Jungle Book’ and ‘Finding Dory’ with ‘The Jungle Book 2016’ coming out triumphant.
They really enjoyed the movie and it was a great way for the Year 8 students to wind down a little before the half term break.
