The World War I Centenary, Year 8 & 9, History Trips are to France and Belgium, visiting the Battlefields and experiencing other historic places, the full report with photos will be available on the website once they return.

Our GCSE Geography students have just returned from a trip to Juniper Hall where they carried out Physical Georgraphy fieldwork studies at the River Tillingbourne, students investigated: How do the process and landforms of the River Tillingbourne change?

In October students will visit Bentalls Shopping Centre in Kingston Upon Thames as part of their Human Geography studies, during the trip they will carry out fieldwork which is a required element of the GCSE course. The title for the Fieldwork is Does the Bentalls shopping centre in Kingston Upon Thames meet the needs of the people whom live in its sphere of influence?’

Also in October our Year 11 GCSE Drama students will visit Guildford Theatre as part of their Year 11 studies to see 'The Wipers Times’ at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre.
